Thank you for your interest in submitting your film to our Film Festival. To ensure a smooth and efficient submission process, please carefully review the following guidelines:
a. Films of any genre, including but not limited to narrative, documentary, animation, and experimental, are welcome for submission.
b. Films must have been completed after the year 2019 to be eligible.
c. Non-English films should have English subtitles.
a. All submissions must be made through our official submission platform which can be reached from the link below. No other forms of submission will be accepted.
b. Fill out the submission form accurately, providing all the necessary information about your film, including title, director, producer, genre, duration, and a brief synopsis.
c. Upload your film to the requested file-sharing platform in the preferred format, adhering to the specified technical requirements (e.g., file format, resolution, and aspect ratio).
d. Include a password if your film is password-protected.

b. Fee waivers may be available for certain categories (e.g., student films), and details will be mentioned on the submission platform.
a. Submissions will be accepted until 30 July 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
a. The festival's selection committee will review all submissions and make the final selection of films for the festival program.
b. All filmmakers will be notified of the selection status via email on on a notification date.
c. Selected filmmakers may be required to provide additional materials (e.g., high-resolution stills, director's bio, and trailer) for promotional purposes.
a. By submitting your film, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights and permissions for the content used in your film, including music, images, and any copyrighted material.
b. The festival organizers will not be held responsible for any legal issues arising from the inclusion of unauthorized material in submitted films.
a. The festival may present awards in various categories, which will be announced during the festival.
a. The festival reserves the right to use excerpts, trailers, and images from the submitted films for promotional purposes.
b. Filmmakers retain all ownership and copyright of their films.
